Olga Friedlander was educated at the University of Toronto and has been in market research for over 25 years. Prior to joining R.I.S. Christie she held progressive management positions with both data collection and full service research firms.

Prior to joining R.I.S. Christie Aref studied and interned in Market Research at Humber College. With his extensive technical knowledge and years of experience with all research methodologies Aref provides an invaluable resource for all of our client studies.

Beau (Baljnder) Rakhra
Director of Operations

After graduating from the University of Toronto Beau began his career in market research gaining extensive field, coding and data processing experience.  He subsequently held progressive management positions with full service research organizations overseeing a wide range of quantitative and qualitative studies.

Since joining R.I.S. Christie as Operations Manager Beau has brought his researcher's perspective and insight to our data collection services.  His eye for detail and understanding of client needs ensures the seamless execution of even the most complex studies. Beau has also been instrumental in our training and staffing activities, ensuring that R.I.S. Christie maintains its leadership position within the industry.
